Developing A Successful Research Idea

The Research Design and Conduct Service (RDCS), based in the Centre for Trials Research at Cardiff University, will be hosting a one-day “Ideas!” event (free of charge) on Monday 22nd May 2017. This will take place in the Glamorgan Building on the Cathays campus at Cardiff University. The event is aimed at those in the health and social care sector who have early stage ideas for research projects. The day will begin with some short presentations about the general process of taking a research idea and growing it into a funded project. Following that will be an open forum for discussion and development of ideas in small groups, facilitated by RDCS consultants.
